Key Responsibilities
- Scheduled clinical hours along with nightly on-call duties
- Manage care for 15 to 20 patients per shift
- Work in both outpatient and inpatient environments
- Maintain a 1:1 call ratio with a response time of 30 minutes
- Perform arthroscopy and total joint replacement procedures
- Demonstrate skills in joint revision or repair
- Conduct tendon release and repair operations
- Participate in both patient rounding and admissions
