This full-time position for an Associate Dentist is available at a modern, fee-for-service dental practice located in Olney, Illinois. The role involves delivering exceptional restorative care, conducting extractions, and acquiring knowledge in advanced dental techniques. The practice prioritizes mentorship, utilizes state-of-the-art dental technology, and promotes a collaborative, supportive environment aimed at achieving outstanding patient results. The compensation package is competitive and includes a daily guarantee, production-based earnings, continuing education allowance, 401K contributions, health stipends, and relocation incentives.
Position: Associate Dentist - Fee-for-Service Practice
Location: Olney, Illinois
Employment Type: Full Time (4.5 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $400,000+
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the initial six months.
- Compensation based on Adjusted Production: 30-34% (Fee-for-Service practice).
- Annual Continuing Education allowance of $4,000.
- 401K plan with automatic contributions (no matching required).
- Monthly stipend for health insurance.
- Relocation bonus of $5,000.
- No insurance limitations!

Clinical Responsibilities:
While we provide support for your development, we expect you to:
- Deliver precise and high-quality restorative treatments for patients.
- Conduct extractions (experience with implants is a plus; training will be provided).
- Acquire knowledge in advanced techniques (bone grafting, cosmetic procedures, digital workflows).
- Utilize high-quality technology.
