Sales Associate / Pawn & U-Haul Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Competitive (based on experience) (If No experience Starting Pay is 13.50)
Overview:
Steve’s Sporting Goods and Pawn is hiring a dependable, customer-focused team member for a fast-paced retail environment. This role includes sales, pawn transactions, and U-Haul rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with purchases and general questions
- Buy, sell, and process pawn transactions (training provided)
- Stock, price, and organize inventory
- Operate register and handle cash transactions
- Assist with U-Haul rentals, returns, and inspections
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment
- Follow all applicable policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be 18+
- Must be legally allowed to Purchase, Sell, Possess, or Transport Firearms (No Felony Convictions, or Domestic Violence Charges)
Preferred: Retail, pawn, sporting goods, or U-Haul experience
