Job Details and Duties
- Manufacturing facility / warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels
- Ensure optimal operation of machinery by completing preventive/predictive maintenance utilizing manufacturers instruction manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
- Perform duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Constant standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Some heavy lifting
- Robotic, automated equipment (CNC, VFD, Servo drives), standard measuring devices, hand and shop tools, CO2 and fiber laser cutting equipment – used throughout the facility
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of verifiable experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to maintenance work
- Working knowledge of electrical circuits
- Understanding of and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and their components
- Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical prints, diagrams, and technical repair manuals
