Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly desirable, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in a school environment is preferred but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set individualized IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy across the school day
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student accommodations
- Foster a welcoming, positive environment that encourages student engagement and progress
