Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly desirable, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
Experience in a school environment is preferred but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and set individualized IEP goals
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy across the school day
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student accommodations
Foster a welcoming, positive environment that encourages student engagement and progress
