This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, collaborative environment and has a passion for working with cutting-edge technology and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

<li>Support engineers in the setup and calibration of equipment and tools.</li>
<li>Assist in conducting experiments and gathering data for product development.</li>
<li>Perform rework, troubleshooting, and quality testing on parts, components, and assemblies.</li>
<li>Utilize advanced software and tools to collect and analyze data, making real-time adjustments as needed.</li>
<li>Help determine and improve methods and procedures for manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field preferred</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and technical skills</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Comfortable using data collection tools and software</li>
