Job Title: Sales Engineer

Salary: $100k - $110k yearly
Looking for a US National - Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with a BBA or engineering background and 1–2 years of experience in the engineering field, particularly those in inside sales or technical roles who are now ready to move into a client-facing sales position. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll support business development activities, work closely with the technical and commercial teams, and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships. This position offers a strong career path into strategic sales and account management within industrial automation and digital solutions.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver
· Assist in lead generation and qualification through market research and outreach.
· Support the sales team by preparing technical/commercial proposals and presentations.
· Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution alignment.
· Attend virtual and in-person client meetings to understand requirements and present offerings.
· Manage and update CRM entries and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
· Develop a solid understanding of our portfolio to communicate value propositions effectively.
· Participate in marketing and sales campaigns targeting specific sectors.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, etc.)
· 1–2 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably with some exposure to inside sales, proposals, or client interactions.
· A keen interest in developing a career in front-end sales.
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them in a commercial context.
· Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
