Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Hours: After 3pm
We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
supervision across home, school, and center-based
settings - Collect accurate session data and enter
documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
session - Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
intervention plans (BIPs) - Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
process - Maintain professional communication with families
and report observations to supervising BCBA
Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
with children with developmental disabilities - Current RBT certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and session
documentation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
supporting the autism community
