Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: On-Site
Schedule: 2–3 Days/Week (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our patient-centered team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care through Annual Comprehensive Health Assessments and Well Child Visits, both in-person and via telehealth.
Your clinical expertise as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will help identify active and chronic conditions, assess physical, mental, and social needs, and support patients with personalized treatment and counseling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual health assessments and well-child visits
- Obtain vital signs and calculate BMI
- Perform physical exams and review pharmacological therapies
- Counsel patients and families based on assessment findings
- Document visits using Electronic Health Records (EHR) – Practice Fusion preferred
- Deliver culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (state-specific)
- Active Board Certification
- Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Current medical malpractice insurance (minimum $1M/$3M coverage)
- Familiarity with clinical standards of care
- Ability to pass a background check and credentialing process
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
