Bookkeeper – Multi‐Location Hospitality Group
Salary: $70,000–$85,000
Locations Supported: 14 (including 3 Food & Beverage concepts)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bookkeeper to oversee all financial activity across a multi‐location hospitality group. This role manages the full flow of money for 14 locations, including three food and beverage operations, and ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, multi‐unit environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily financial transactions, including money in/out, deposits, and cash controls across all locations
- Perform audits for each location to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper financial procedures
- Complete reconciliations, journal entries, and month‐end close processes
- Prepare, process, and review P&L statements for all 14 locations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and support operational decision‐making
- Utilize QuickBooks for all bookkeeping functions, reporting, and record management
- Support ongoing improvements to financial systems, processes, and controls
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (hospitality experience preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with audits, reconciliations, journal entries, and P&L processing
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage financials for multiple locations simultaneously
- No CPA or accounting certification required
