We are looking for a dynamic Senior Territory Sales Manager to accelerate our growth nationwide. We are looking for someone able to travel 50-75% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive National Territory Growth: Take full ownership of a nationwide sales territory, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
- Balance Business Development & Account Management: Dedicate 50% of your efforts to identifying and capturing new business opportunities, and 50% to deepening relationships and expanding business within existing key accounts.
- Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Proactively pursue new customers while maximizing DAC’s presence and influence among established partners in the contact lens and intraocular lens manufacturing sectors.
- Manage the Complete Sales Cycle: Oversee every stage of the sales process—from prospecting and solution consultation to quoting, closing, and onboarding—ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Engage Directly with Clients: Conduct weekly on-site visits to client facilities, prospective customers, including regular meetings at DAC headquarters and strategic customer locations across the United States.
- Execute Complex, Long-Cycle Sales: Lead consultative, high-value capital equipment sales with major manufacturers, navigating extended sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams—including engineering, estimating, and customer support—to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain Accurate Sales Pipelines: Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track opportunities, manage forecasts, and report on progress toward sales objectives.
- Represent DAC at Industry Events: Serve as a brand ambassador at key industry conferences, trade shows, and events to strengthen relationships and identify new business prospects.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and reporting
