What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations (sometimes by example!) across restaurant, market, and catering
- Guide and develop a talented culinary and service team
- Maintain exceptional food quality and guest experience
- Manage inventory, vendors, and cost controls
- Collaborate with ownership to grow all three business lines
Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant or culinary management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and Italian-inspired cuisine
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts with confidence
