What You’ll Do

<li>Lead daily operations (sometimes by example!) across restaurant, market, and catering</li>
<li>Guide and develop a talented culinary and service team</li>
<li>Maintain exceptional food quality and guest experience</li>
<li>Manage inventory, vendors, and cost controls</li>
<li>Collaborate with ownership to grow all three business lines</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of restaurant or culinary management experience</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>A passion for hospitality and Italian-inspired cuisine</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple moving parts with confidence</li>
