Job Description and Duties Expected to Perform:

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolds

- Working with various types of scaffolding materials

- Inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment

- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools as directed by the construction team
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project completion on time
- Perform and Assist with concrete pouring activities
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
-Experience working on complex or high-rise building projects is preferred

-Experience with safety procedures and protocols is preferred

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE; Retirement investment opportunity after 1 year employment
