111,000 - 128,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed
- Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims
- Hire, train, develop, and manage insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales
- Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance
- Handle risk management and liability regarding payments of future benefits and maximize profit for the branch by analyzing actuary data and strategically setting premiums
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state
- Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a management position
- Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations
- Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- 4-year degree in finance or business administration
