Job Description
We are seeking a licensed plumber to join a year-long project involving the construction of two multi-family residential apartment buildings, one with 100 units and the other with 200 units. The selected candidate will be part of a 14-person crew, assisting with tasks such as roughing, installation of PVC storm lines, PEX tubing, and fixtures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with roughing and installation of plumbing systems.
- Install PVC storm lines and PEX tubing.
- Set up fixtures and ensure proper installation.
- Work collaboratively within a 14-person crew.
Essential Skills
- Plumbing expertise with experience in PVC and PEX installations.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.
- P1 and P2 plumbing qualifications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- OSHA 10 certification is required on the first day.
- Must possess a valid plumbing license.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM. Parking is conveniently located on the right side of the building. While there is no overtime or weekend work currently, this may change in the coming months. The job site is within walking distance of fast food restaurants and convenience stores. Required attire includes a yellow safety shirt, work boots, work pants, safety glasses, and a hard hat.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield and New Haven County, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
