Job Description
Wilkes University invites applicants for an open Financial Literacy high school enrichment teaching position in the Upward Bound Program for the summer session. Upward Bound is a federally funded Trio Program, which provides support to participants in their preparation for college and ultimately, in their higher education pursuits.

Emphasis will be placed on real-world financial skills, with a focus on preparing students for financial independence in college and beyond. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Mathematics, and/or a related field is required. Experience working with high school students or in a college-preparatory program is preferred.
Please note that this is only a part-time, temporary position with a competitive hourly wage. Dates run from June 22nd through July 31st, and classes are held twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays (1:15 P.M. – 2:30 P.M.).
