We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to become part of our team in Muskegon, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly contribute to the health of our community while thriving in a supportive, mission-driven setting.
Opportunity Details
- Location: Outpatient department of our organization in Muskegon
- Clinic Schedule: 4 days per week in the clinic with 1 designated day off
- Surgical Time: Dedicated operating room available 2 days each month
- Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care, including:
- Preventive screenings and wellness examinations
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Complete gynecologic services
- Natural family planning
- Infertility assessments and management
- Call Coverage: Shared call rotation with a team of experienced professionals
- Team Composition: Total of 7 providers, including 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Academic Engagement: Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows through our academic partnerships

Requirements
- Open to recent graduates
- Physicians must be board certified in a relevant clinical area or board eligible, with certification expected within five years of the start date (unless otherwise required by applicable medical staff bylaws)
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
