Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is an expert in building methods and has a proven track record of successful construction management projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage all field aspects of the project
- Pre walk jobs
- Start jobs with the installer
- Communicate with customers on job status
- Pickup and Delivery of materials
- Ensure subcontractor is fully executing the scope of work
- Input progress details into various platforms for job tracking
- Quality control and review throughout the job
- Manage payroll for subcontractors
- Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
- Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Superintendent
- Valid Texas drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Clean background
- Deep understanding of Superintendent methods and processes
- Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills
