Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Bottling Line Backup Lead – 1st ShiftLocation: Lancaster, PA
Pay: $17.50–$19.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Bottling Line Backup Lead for a food and beverage manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily bottling operations, line setup, production flow, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior packaging or bottling experience and enjoys leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations on the bottling line to meet production goals
• Set up bottling machinery and support smooth, efficient line operation
• Train and guide bottling team members on safety, quality, sanitation, and GMPs
• Assign and adjust staffing to maintain productivity
• Perform light repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
• Read and execute daily production schedules
• Complete required production, quality, and audit documentation
• Conduct quality checks on finished product
• Communicate daily bottling updates with management during team meetings
• Support overtime, weekends, and end-of-shift shutdowns as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience overseeing 8–10 employees
• Prior experience with bottling or packaging machinery
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Comfortable working on the production floor for the full shift
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime when required
