We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused part-time medical assistant/patient onboarding specialist to support our Dallas, Texas clinic. This in-clinic role focuses on assisting patients with onboarding, program enrollment, and device distribution while working closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with patients, organized, and able to support daily clinic operations in a professional healthcare environment.
This position offers consistent part-time hours, on-the-job training, and hands-on experience in a growing healthcare program. It is well suited for candidates with medical assistant or healthcare experience who enjoy patient interaction and supporting clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Calling patients to explain the CareGenix program

Helping patients complete enrollment and required documentation, collecting, and reviewing basic medical history information.

Issuing medical devices as needed to patients.

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.

Prioritize daily responsibilities while working independently.

Provide excellence in patient care and customer service.

Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Qualifications:

Active, Medical Assistant (MAs) license in good standing

Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or patient-facing setting

Superior verbal communication and active listening skills

High proficiency in medical terminology

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities

Education:
- Certified and Active Medical Assistant License
