We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Human Resources Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will have experience with internal investigations, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal investigations related to employee complaints, conduct, or performance
  • Assist with disciplinary processes, including documentation, meetings, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Aid in the development and administration of HR policies, reports, and internal documents
  • Manage attendance tracking and related reporting
  • Assist in employee onboarding and internal training initiatives
  • Collaborate with department leads on internal recruitment interviews
  • Support morale and retention initiatives through surveys, interviews, and HR programming
  • Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and analyze employee feedback
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management to promote positive relations
  • Contribute to data collection and reporting for workforce analysis
  • Other duties as assigned in support of departmental goals
