A well-established private family medicine office is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join the practice as a long-term clinical partner. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and passionate about providing comprehensive primary care across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics, including women's health.
While orientation and support will be provided, this role requires a people person ready to hit the ground running in a busy, community-based family practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine physicals, wellness exams, and manage acute and chronic illnesses

Provide primary care services to pediatric, adult, GYN, and geriatric patients

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans

Collaborate closely with the Family Practice Physician to ensure coordinated patient care

Maintain thorough and accurate medical records

Educate patients and families on preventive care and health maintenance
Qualifications:

Licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the state of [Insert State]

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care setting
