Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will be actively engaged in a dynamic warehouse environment, working hands-on throughout the day. You will utilize basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers to disassemble electronics. Additionally, you will need computer/data entry experience as you will be using our proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel for inventory purposes. The primary tasks involve the disassembly of computer components, including outdated or damaged server racks and memory banks. Regular lifting of up to 40 lbs is required, and you will rotate through several departments, ensuring a variety of tasks each day.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble electronics using basic hand tools.
- Perform computer/data entry tasks using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Handle the disassembly of computer components, server racks, and memory banks.
- Rotate through different departments to perform a variety of tasks.
- Lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout the day.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to follow written directions.
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- Must wear steel toe or composite boots on site.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Material handling skills.
- Experience with packing and picking.

Work Environment
The warehouse is located in Front Royal, VA, where we manage old computers, racks, and servers by wiping their data and either reselling them or destroying them to sell the metal. This is a teamwork-oriented environment, requiring strong attention to detail for sorting materials. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Steel-toed boots are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
