LBPM is a fast-paced, and rapidly growing, successful Los Angeles based property management firm. LBPM manages properties all over southern California with a particular focus around Los Angeles county. This position can operate from one of our multiple office locations around the Los Angeles area.

We have an immediate opening for a Portfolio Supervisor in our Multifamily Division. This is a full-time position and includes a competitive salary and complete benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM of 2 years experience managing a PORTFOLIO of multifamily properties, including rent controlled and non-rent controlled units, along with strong communication, organization, time management and computer skills. We are eagerly seeking candidates with specific experience leasing and managing small and medium sized (4-60+ unit) apartment buildings as a prerequisite for this position. Experience with AppFolio is a definite plus!
