Salary: $60,000-$66,000 Annually | Salaried, Non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday,100% in-office

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting associates, guests, and fostering a positive and welcoming front desk experience.
- Answer calls and emails promptly.
- Communicate important reminders, updates, and upcoming dates.
- Onboard and welcome new Home Office hires.
- Manage administrative calendar and external meeting space bookings.
- Support Partners and Executive team members with travel arrangements, document printing, signature collection, and other requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Home Office, with regular attention to kitchen, bathroom, and team rooms.
- Oversee office equipment and technology, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs or replacements, with manager approval.
- Order refreshments and office supplies, monitoring inventory levels and restocking, as necessary, within budget.
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients, and prepare and manage outgoing mail and packages. Transport mail and packages to and from various shipping carriers.
- Serve as the primary contact with building management and vendors regarding repairs, complaints, updates, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining office security protocols.
- Oversee desk booking system and other home office systems.
- Organize training days and meetings; arrange meals, refreshments, and supplies as needed.
- Oversee home office events alongside Office Manager such as happy hours, celebrations, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in an administrative support role, preferably for an office with 100+ employees including executive leadership, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
- Property Management or Real Estate industry knowledge and/or experience.
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Canva or other basic graphic design software.
- Highly familiar with office technology and equipment with the ability to troubleshoot, as needed.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations in a diplomatic and professional manner with strong de-escalation skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and vision for ensuring a positive and welcoming office experience for associates and guests.
