About Us

Delicias Dessert Bar is a growing dessert brand specializing in custom sugar cookies, macarons, and large-scale corporate/event orders. We focus on high-quality, consistent desserts with clean finishes and professional presentation.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef / Cookie Decorator with strong experience in decorated sugar cookies and the ability to handle high-volume production. This role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and can maintain consistency across large orders.

Responsibilities

  • Bake and decorate sugar cookies with royal icing (clean, consistent designs)
  • Execute high-volume orders (hundreds to thousands of units)
  • Assist with custom/branded desserts (logos, edible prints, themed designs)
  • Maintain consistency in size, finish, and overall presentation
  • Follow recipes and production timelines
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace
  • Meet deadlines for corporate and event orders

Requirements

  • Experience with decorated sugar cookies is Preferably
  • Experience with macarons is a PLUS
  • Strong attention to detail (smooth icing, clean edges, uniform look)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-style environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus (Not Required but a PLUS)

  • Experience with edible printers / logo cookies
  • Experience in wholesale or large-scale baking
  • Strong piping and decorating skills
  • Experience with packaging for events or corporate clients

Compensation

  • Starting at $25/hour+ (based on experience)
