This position is full- time position.
Duties would include the following:
- An absolute MUST is a happy, bubbly and caring personality (if this isn't you, PLEASE don't apply).
- Adapting to our ever changing and improving practice is also a MUST.
- Insurance billing for different PPO.
- Outbound confirmation calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Assisting with scheduling for a productive and fluid schedule
- Coordinate specialty referrals
- Confirm appointments
- Greet patients and develop life-long relationships "know our patients"
- Over counter collections
- Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility
- Assist with preparation of daily deposit
- Assist with end day and month reports
- Answering (high volume) patient phone calls
- Manage multiple ongoing tasks, some repetitive, some mutating as business builds
- Mail marketing packets to potential new patients
- Managing and following up on existing potential new patients leads
- You must be willing to learn some "sales" skills as they are taught
- Continue to improve phone communication skills with current training
-Help with Back office with operatory cleanup, sterilization and room setup as required. DA experience a plus.
- You must be a pleasant personality, well-maintained, well-groomed and professionally presentable
