Job DescriptionHealthcare Staffing Professionals is currently looking for Radiology Technicians to work in a our clients clinic located in Bronx, NY. An interventional radiology technologist will assist interventional radiologists with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that use instruments to treat conditions in the body. They are responsible for operating and maintaining specialized imaging equipment, administering contrast dyes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
Pay Rate:
$60/hr
Shift: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM EST, Weekends required
Length of assignment: 13-week initial assignment, each extension if granted is 8-week increments at a time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty and stenting.
Certification:

• Valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by NYSDOH. (manager willing to accept out of state license if candidate is willing to obtain NY license after offer)
• BLS certification issued by AHA
• Advanced-Level Certification (only need 1) from ARRT to include one of the following:
• -ARRT (CI) - Cardiac Interventional Radiology.
• -ARRT (CV) - Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology.
• -ARRT (VI) - Vascular Interventional Radiology
