ABOUT TRUE DESIGN

True Design is a custom cabinet company based in Santa Fe Springs, crafting high-quality cabinetry for residential and commercial clients. We're growing and looking for a talented designer and drafter to join our team and bring our clients' visions to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Draft detailed cabinet and millwork drawings using AutoCAD
• Work with clients and the production team to develop design concepts
• Create accurate floor plans, elevations, and layout drawings
• Assist with space planning and interior design for kitchen, bath, and custom projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and timelines

REQUIRED

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Background in interior design, drafting, or architecture
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in cabinet or kitchen/bath design
• Familiarity with Cabinet Vision, 2020 Design, or SketchUp
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
