We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and driven individual to join our leadership team as a Mitigation Operations Manager.


Position Summary:
As the Mitigation Operations Manager, you will lead our mitigation division, ensuring efficient job execution, exceptional customer service, and consistent team development. You will oversee all aspects of water, mold, and environmental mitigation projectsfrom scheduling and compliance to quality assurance and team performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the mitigation department.
  • Manage and mentor mitigation technicians and crew leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure job timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor job progress, equipment usage, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for use.
  • Provide regular training, performance reviews, and safety oversight.
  • Respond to emergency calls and participate in a rotating on-call schedule, if needed.
  • Support strategic growth by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in mitigation or restoration operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of water, mold, and environmental mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in job management software (e.g., RMS, Dash, Xactimate is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
