Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients transitioning from intensive care to stepdown units, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health status, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate care as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing preferred.
