This full-time Physical Therapist role focuses primarily on hand therapy within an outpatient rehab clinic, with additional exposure to general orthopedic patients. The position offers schedule flexibility (4x10s or 5x8s) and supports clinicians who want to build depth in upper extremity rehabilitation while maintaining broader orthopedic practice.
What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions

Fabricate splints and implement hand therapy treatment plans

Provide general orthopedic physical therapy as needed

Develop individualized care plans based on functional level and goals

Deliver patient education to support recovery and independence

Document evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes

Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
What You Bring

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT)

Oregon Physical Therapist License (upon hire)

BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire

Ability to manage both hand therapy and orthopedic caseloads

Experience with splint fabrication preferred
Full-time, day schedule position (1.0 FTE).
