Willie’s Grill & Icehouse is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Drive sales and support local store marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- At least 21+ years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Texas Food Manager Certificate and TABC
