Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge and background in outside sales, B2B sales, and strategic business development within the machining and / or induction heating industry
- This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering a high-performance sales culture
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing markets from first contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales and B2B sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors
- Great customer service skills and passionate about the job to drive generator sales together with a great pioneer mentality
- Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within induction heating sector
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to close deals effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed
- Are you familiar with industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales?
