Oakland Fresh 365 is hiring reliable and detail-oriented house cleaners for residential and Airbnb properties.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position, perfect for individuals looking for flexible, independent work and the opportunity to earn higher hourly pay. You can work a few days a week or take on more jobs based on your availability.

Schedule & Work Style:

• Flexible schedule (Monday–Saturday)
• Choose your working days
• Typical working hours are between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Most jobs are 4–6 hours per day
• Some days offer longer shifts (up to 8 hours) for deep cleanings or team jobs

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes and Airbnb properties
• Perform general cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Work independently or occasionally with a team

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual
• Must have your own transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Work Locations:

Troy, Rochester Hills, Lake Orion, Royal Oak, and surrounding areas
