  • Prepare and present reports on open deals for internal sales meetings

  • Communicate deal status updates to Sales Executives and company leadership

  • Advocate for timely closings aligned with company timelines

  • Ensure strict confidentiality of all client financial and personal data

  • Actively contribute to the growth of AGL through loan production and insurance referrals

  • 2–3 years of experience in banking, finance, mortgage lending, or similar roles

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Experience with CRMs and an understanding of their importance (QuickBase familiarity is a plus)

  • Confidence in requesting information from clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • A proactive problem-solver who values follow-up and accountability

  • Enthusiasm for aviation and an interest in the industry

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Be part of a growing aviation finance startup with room to make a real impact

  • Work closely with leadership and contribute to company growth strategies

  • Build long-term relationships within the aviation banking and insurance space

  • Take pride in helping clients successfully close aircraft transactions

  • Join a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • Passionate about numbers and finance

  • Positive, motivated, and solutions-oriented

  • Organized, detail-driven, and deadline-focused

  • Comfortable handling sensitive financial information with discretion

  • Energized by closing deals and seeing results
