Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence</li>
<li>Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care team members</li>
<li>Maintains timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited college or university with a an Associates in Physical Therapy.</li>
<li>Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study.</li>
<li>Actively Licensed as a physical therapist assistant.</li>
</ul>
