Our client, a real estate services company, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join their office in Glenview. This is an in-office, customer-facing role that supports the office by maintaining a welcoming environment, entering and organizing data, and performing additional real estate-specific duties such as processing buyer agreements and compiling property transaction files. Ideal candidates have previous administrative and real estate experience and a proactive work ethic.

Please note that this is a temp-to-hire opportunity that begins with an hourly rate set at $17/hr-$20/hr. If hired permanently, this will be a salaried position with a salary of $40,000-$45,000.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office appearance, greet all visitors, and answer phones to ensure a welcoming client experience
  • General office duties such as data entry, opening and closing duties, and mail distribution
  • Compile property transaction files, listing packets, and marketing materials
  • Process buyer and marketing agreements, ensuring accuracy from inception to close
  • Maintain paperless files with dot loop for all transactions through close
  • Curate, create, and post social media content to enhance the brand’s online presence
  • Provide general IT/tech support for office staff


Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of administrative experience is required
  • Real estate experience is preferred
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic, high-volume role
  • A friendly, professional appearance and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Social media savviness and familiarity with Meta apps, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
