Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you have the passion for customer satisfaction and delighting our customers. We seek applicants who exhibit a positive demeanor and a solution-oriented approach to customer service, with excellent computer skills and additionally can adapt to new accounting, CRM, Microsoft Office software while assisting our customers with orders, service requests, and answer product and related equipment inquiries. Berry Coffee will provide full on the job training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced sense of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Promptly handle customer orders, inquiries, and requests via phone and email.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Work collaboratively within the Customer Service Team, consistently delivering immediate, efficient, and comprehensive support to our customers
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. In this position, you will be working in Excel daily, including inserting and deleting columns, sorting and filtering, etc. We are seeking applicants that have spent a lot of time in Excel and know how to use it
  • Computer skills. In this position, you will be working with multiple different applications and online platforms. Having a basic understanding of computers is a must, including an understanding of files and folders, copying and pasting, fast typing, etc
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • A drive to problem solve. Customers can often call or email with complex inquiries or requests. We are looking for applicants who have the skills and the drive to solve problems both quickly and comprehensively for our customers
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally.It is important to be clear, friendly, and professional in all communications with our customers
