About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Client Services Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure outstanding service delivery, build strong client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of client projects. You’ll be a key driver in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to understand their goals and needs

  • Oversee client service delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address client requests and resolve issues

  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement

  • Analyze client feedback and performance data to inform service enhancements

  • Lead onboarding and training efforts for new clients

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate on upsell initiatives

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proven experience in client services, account management, or related roles

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-centric

  • Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (support available if applicable)
