Job Description: Service Center Associate (Temporary to possible permanent hire)
Summary:
In this role you will support the Service Center network by delivering hands-on help in repair logistics, inventory management, and facility upkeep. This is a physically active role, essential to keeping the repair operations running smoothly and ensuring customers get their items back in top shape.
Main Responsibilities
- Boxing & Unboxing:
Safely move, pack, and unpack units—must be able to lift and handle boxes weighing 50+ lbs. - Scanning & Receiving:
Scan, receive, and log repair units into tracking systems for complete traceability. - Inventory Handling:
Receive incoming inventory, count warehouse stock accurately, and record all changes. - Product Cleaning:
Clean Dysons thoroughly before returning them to customers, following company quality standards. - Customer Updates:
Communicate repair status updates to customers in a friendly, clear manner. - Warehouse & Showroom:
Help repair staff keep workspace, warehouse, and showroom clean, organized, and safe.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic tracking software.
- Good attention to detail for inventory counts and records.
- Clear spoken and written communication.
- Team player—proactive, reliable, and flexible with duties.

Hourly rate is $18-19 per hour with the possibility of converting onto a permanent status. If you convert onto a permanent status your annual salary will be in the range of $45,000-$50,000 plus full benefits and generous paid time off.
This temporary assignment is for 6 to 12 weeks. The hours are Tuesday - Saturday on site daily 9:00am-5:30pm.
