Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Onboarding Specialist with experience in phone-based customer service, call centers, or inside sales. This role is key in ensuring our new clients feel supported, informed and set up for success from day one. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients - welcoming them, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience
- Conduct onboarding and sales calls to walk clients through account setup, service expectations and product options
- Clearly communicate how our products and services work, ensuring clients feel confident, informed and supported
- Confidently close sales during onboarding by highlighting value, addressing concerns, and assisting with scheduling and payment processing.
- Handle scheduling of initial appointments and process payments
- Follow up with clients regarding upcoming or missed appointments
- Conduct post-sale surveys and gather client feedback
- Accurately track interactions, progress and opportunities in our CRM to support team alignment and visibility
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, account management, phone-based customer support, or sales
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls daily
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills
- Patient, calm, and compassionate under any circumstance
- Proficient computer skills with strong attention to accuracy and speed
- Strong listening, objection-handling, and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience using a CRM or call-tracking software is a plus
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, no weekends.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
