At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re looking for a dedicated DMS Instructor to inspire students and help them build successful careers in healthcare.
In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, real-world instruction while creating a supportive, student-centered learning environment that drives success.

Deliver competency-based instruction aligned with CHCP curriculum and standards

Design and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement

Provide personalized instruction and evaluation to support student achievement

Foster a positive, dynamic classroom environment that promotes learning

Offer timely feedback and mentorship to support academic and professional growth

Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Participate in faculty meetings and campus initiatives

Integrate real-world sonography experience into the classroom

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Associate’s degree in a related field (required)

Required registries: AB, OB/GYN, and RVT
-
Minimum of 3 years of full-time sonography experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles

Proficiency in lesson planning, organization, and classroom management

Experience with instructional methods and educational technology (preferred)

Highly organized, confident public speaker, and passionate about education
