The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and process-oriented Associate Creative Director to help scale our fast-growing ecommerce brand and co-lead creative operations alongside our current Associate Creative Director.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned creative leader (5- 7+ years experience minimum) with hands-on expertise in ecommerce art direction, creative project management, and operational excellence in a high-velocity fashion environment.

You'll help steer cross-channel creative execution across web, email, social, and digital advertising platforms while continually optimizing how our brand story comes to life. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative production processes in partnership with our current Associate Creative Director and Creative Director

  • Oversee execution of email campaigns and flows, including calendar updates, QA, and implementation

  • Manage marketing and team calendars: planning, updates, execution, and annual workflows

  • Supervise our marketing internship program and support cross-department project coordination

  • Own processes for promo execution, CRM flows, loyalty programs, and GWP (gift with purchase) strategy

  • Participate in digital asset creation for ads, banners, and visual merchandising

  • Oversee site checks and banner updates, ensuring brand consistency and responsiveness to business needs

  • Lead ghost mannequin photo process and documentation

  • Drive research for trends, competitors, and new creative tactics to strengthen storytelling and UX

  • Support building out of the creative team manual and SOPs

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in an ecommerce environment (fashion highly preferred), with a focus on art direction and creative project management

  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing, web merchandising, CRM, and cross-platform creative coordination

  • Strong knowledge of fashion brand aesthetics, digital UX, and modern marketing tools

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Previous involvement with social impact brands is a strong plus
