Overview:
The 1916 Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveJuniorSales Support professional to join our team at our Bala Cynwyd(Philadelphia PA)location. This role will serve as a key Shipping and Logistics Coordinator for the E-Commerce team and act as the primarylogisticsliaison across all 1916 Company locations.This role is grounded in mutual respect and collaboration. Dedicated support is contingent uponmaintaininga professional, team-centered dynamic with Sales Associates and Traders.
Position Summary:
The core purpose of theJuniorSales Support position is to streamline operations by removing obstacles, resolving logistical challenges, andmaintainingefficient organizationultimately enablingour Sales Associates and Traders to focus on driving revenue, and ensuringinventory is managed in the internal database.
Keyresponsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support and contact forE-CommerceClient Advisors and Inventory Managers, through managingthe deals that are in progress.
- Responsible for the management, coordination, and shipping of watchesand jewelry daily
- Preparation of outbound shipping paperwork
- Experience with international labels and customs paperwork is a plus
- Coordinatinginsurance on the shipments, as appropriate
- Responsible for outbound inspection of watches, including QC paperwork and watch presentation for watches shipping directly to clients
- Responsible for pulling box and paperwork and cross-referencing with our intranet to ensure everything pictured in the listing is included
- Inputtingclient information into our CRM as needed

Qualifications
- Strong written, verbal, and quantitative/analytical skills.
- Demonstrates adaptability and afast learningcurve when introduced to new software, tools, or processes.
- Quicklybecomesproficient in internal platforms such as CRM systems, order management tools, or reporting dashboards, enabling seamless integration into existing workflows.
- Shows initiative in exploring system features to improve efficiency and support team productivity
- Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment. Desire and ability to manage multiple relationships at a time. Team player.
