Job Responsibilities


  • Provide therapeutic intervention following treatment plan established by Physical Therapist
  • Promote independence in the home setting through therapeutic intervention and modify treatment plan as needed
  • Educate patients, families, caregivers regarding home exercise program, safety, falls prevention
  • Supervise assistants as needed
  • Communicate effectively with all team members
  • Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure quality standard of care.

Education

  • Associates Degree Physical Therapist Assistant

Required Certification

  • California Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Current drivers license
  • Automobile insurance
  • Current CPR/BLS-Healthcare Provider
  • Current Physical/TB
