We’re seeking a Welding Supervisor who leads by example on the shop floor. If you have hands-on expertise in MIG & TIG welding and a passion for guiding teams through complex builds, this is your moment!
✅ What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG & TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
- Fabricate custom parts from blueprints and drawings.
- Lead and mentor a skilled welding team.
- Ensure quality, safety, and production excellence every step of the way.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, stick, flux-core).
- Strong structural fabrication skills and blueprint reading ability.
- Leadership mindset with hands-on approach.
- Ability to perform vertical and horizontal welds.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $93600.00/yr.
