About The Role
The Client Services Coordinatoracts as a main point of account level contact for clients, responsible for building strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, and ensuring client expectations are met.Key duties include managing existing accounts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, handling renewals, tracking performance metrics, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive managed IT and cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for their needs.
Account Growth:Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling additional managed IT and cybersecurity services.
Contract Management:Oversee contract renewals, track expiration dates, and implement strategies to reduce churn, ensuring seamless renewals.
Issue Resolution:Act as the main point of escalation for client issues and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
Reporting & Presentation:Prepare and present client reports and presentations to showcase the value of the Integritys services and track key metrics.
Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, such as technical support, sales, and operations, to ensure client needs are met and services are executed seamlessly.
