Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company based in Vancouver, WA, to hire a dedicated HR Generalist specializing in Employee Relations. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic organization while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative HR environment.

Location: Vancouver, WA
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension or permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $36–$40 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct employee relations investigations and document findings
  • Respond to unemployment claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify attendance records and issue disciplinary actions as appropriate following investigations
  • Partner with corporate leave administrators to support employee understanding of WA Paid Leave processes (corporate team manages forms and compliance)
  • Ensure employees understand their rights, responsibilities, and leave processes
  • Utilize Workday for HRIS functions and Workforce for timekeeping support

Qualifications:

  • Previous HR Generalist or Employee Relations experience required
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, investigations, and disciplinary action procedures
  • Familiarity with leave management processes (WA Paid Leave preferred)
  • Experience with HR systems, ideally Workday and Workforce
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism



Pay Details: $36.00 to $40.00 per hour
