Compensation, Schedule, and Growth
- Pay: $21.50-$23.50, depending on shift
- Multiple shifts available
- All shifts are 12 hours

What you’ll do
- Run and closely monitor production machinery throughout your assigned shift
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet quality checkpoints consistently
- Identify equipment issues early and report them to prevent stoppages
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area
- Meet production goals with quality top-of-mind
- Collaborate with a team that values accountability and reliability
